His mane is a teal seafoam color as well as his belly scales,the rest of his scales are a neutral light blue, his entire body turns white and a cyan color when he is useing his powers.

Slender

Ice, Ail breath usualy makes the air so cold its visible and it usualy snows when he has left a area

Dark purple scalia with teal spots around the edge aswell as teal tearducts, his iris and puple are a bright purple pink color

He enjoys makeing ice scupltors in his free time they are usualy quite large

The coldest part of winter
